         Target Canada increased the amount of physical inventories this past year from 124 to 184 while maintaining LOS of reconciliation and research

         Supported Target Canada store inventories valued at approx. $1 billion retail inventory adjusting $2.5 million in physical inventories creating accurate in stock levels

         Established physical inventory processes with the startup of Canada and continued to streamline and eliminate non-value added steps resulting in a reduced reconciliation time by 4 hours per rec for a total savings of 736 hours
